Introduction
These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Official Rules") govern the attendee engagement sweepstakes, drawings, and promotional activities conducted by DanceOne Tours, LLC ("DanceOne" or "Sponsor") in connection with The DanceOne Summit 2026 (the "Event").
The Event includes multiple attendee engagement activities, including:
- Broadway Bingo Bash Sweepstakes
- Dance Card Challenge Sweepstakes
- Expo Hall Scavenger Hunt Sweepstakes
- Educator Number Match Sweepstakes
(collectively, the "Sweepstakes").
Certain Sweepstakes may involve third-party promotional partners, prizes, trademarks, or promotional materials. Any third-party review, approval, or rights relating to these Official Rules apply solely to the portions of the Official Rules relating to such third party's prize, trademarks, promotional materials, or obligations. No third-party approval rights shall apply to unrelated DanceOne attendee engagement activities, prizes, or promotions.
Participation in any Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes are open to registered attendees of The DanceOne Summit 2026 who:
- Are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.
- Are physically present at the Event during the applicable Sweepstakes entry period.
The following individuals are not eligible:
- Employees of DanceOne
- Officers
- Directors
- Contractors
- Agents
- Representatives
- Employees of affiliates
- Sponsors and vendors
- Immediate family members
- Household members
The Sweepstakes are open to eligible attendees regardless of country of residence; however, participants must be physically present at the Event to participate and win.
DanceOne reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Sweepstakes Period
Each Sweepstakes will be conducted during the following scheduled periods:

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust the Sweepstakes schedule, including entry periods, drawing times, winner announcement times, or other Sweepstakes timing due to Event schedule changes, production delays, safety concerns, or other operational circumstances.
Any revised timing will be announced at the Event and will control.
Entries submitted after the applicable entry period, as adjusted if necessary, will not be eligible.
General Entry Requirements
No purchase is required.
Participation methods vary by Sweepstakes. Eligible attendees may participate in one or more Sweepstakes.
Certain Event activities may include promotional materials, including Promotional Tickets, that may provide attendee benefits or additional drawing entries as described at the Event and in these Official Rules.
All entries must:
- Include all required entrant information.
- Be submitted by the applicable deadline.
- Comply with these Official Rules.
- Be submitted by an eligible participant.
Incomplete, illegible, altered, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
Broadway Bingo Bash Sweepstakes
Entry Period
August 13, 2026
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM ET
How to Enter
Eligible attendees will receive one (1) randomly assigned Bingo Card.
To enter:
- Complete three (3) Bingo lines on the Bingo Card (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal).
- Visit participating vendor booths and complete required activities.
- Obtain vendor verification through stamps, initials, or punches.
- Complete the entrant information on the back of the Bingo Card.
- Submit the completed Bingo Card at the designated Bingo Check-In Booth/Exhibitor Desk.
Each eligible completed Bingo Card constitutes one (1) entry.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to the Broadway production of The Outsiders.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $599 or less.
The tickets are provided by The Outsiders Broadway, LLC pursuant to a separate marketing collaboration agreement with DanceOne.
Tickets:
- Are subject to applicable production and venue restrictions.
- Have no cash value.
- May not be resold.
- Are subject to availability and applicable performance terms.
Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, or substitution of any performance by the ticket provider.
If the tickets become unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.
Winner Announcement
August 13, 2026, at approximately 6:45 PM ET (or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable based on the Event schedule) on the Main Stage, Grand Ballroom, 3rd Floor.
Potential winner must be physically present at the announced drawing location at the time the winner is announced.
If a potential winner is not present or does not respond within five (5) minutes of announcement, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
Dance Card Challenge Sweepstakes
Entry Period
August 14, 2026
3:30 PM – 7:00 PM ET
How to Enter
Eligible attendees may obtain a Dance Card.
To enter:
- Visit participating vendor booths.
- Complete vendor engagement activities.
- Answer applicable vendor inquiry questions.
- Obtain vendor verification.
- Submit the completed Dance Card and/or additional drawing entries at the designated Dance Card Drop-Off Station.
Completed inquiry questions, vendor activities, promotional tickets, drawing tickets, or other qualifying attendee engagement activities may earn additional drawing entries as described at the Event.
Certain Promotional Tickets distributed during the Event may include immediate promotional benefits, such as:
- Merchandise discounts
- Promotional offers
- Gift cards
Promotional Tickets that do not provide an immediate promotional benefit may, subject to Sponsor's instructions, be submitted as additional drawing entries for the Dance Card Challenge Sweepstakes.
There is no limit on the number of additional drawing entries that may be earned through completed qualifying activities or eligible Promotional Tickets, except as otherwise announced by Sponsor at the Event.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
$500 Cash

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
Winner Announcement
August 14, 2026 at approximately 6:45 PM ET (or as soon thereafter as reasonably practicable based on the Event schedule) on the Main Stage, Grand Ballroom, 3rd Floor.
Potential winner must be physically present at the announced drawing location at the time the winner is announced.
If a potential winner is not present or does not respond within five (5) minutes of announcement, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
Expo Hall Scavenger Hunt Sweepstakes

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM ET
How to Enter
Eligible attendees will receive one (1) randomly assigned Scavenger Hunt Card.
To enter:
- Complete required activities.
- Obtain vendor verification.
- Submit the completed card at the Exhibitor Desk.
Each completed card constitutes one (1) entry.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
$800 in DanceOne Loyalty Points
DanceOne Loyalty Points:
- Have no cash value.
- Are not redeemable for cash.
- Are non-transferable.
- Are subject to the DanceOne Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, including any eligibility, redemption, expiration, forfeiture, and other program requirements.
Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period.
Winner Announcement

Potential winner must be physically present at the announced drawing location at the time the winner is announced.
If a potential winner is not present or does not respond within five (5) minutes of announcement, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
Educator Number Match Sweepstakes
Entry Period

3:15 PM – 4:00 PM ET
How to Enter
Eligible attendees will receive a numbered attendee badge.
To participate:
- Locate the attendee with the matching badge number.
- Complete required vendor interactions.
- Obtain required entry slips.
- Complete the entry information.
- Submit the completed entry slips.
The winning entry will include both matching attendees.
Prize
Each member of the selected winning pair will receive:
$500 in DanceOne Loyalty Points
DanceOne Loyalty Points:
- Have no cash value.
- Are not redeemable for cash.
- Are non-transferable.
- Are subject to the DanceOne Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, including any eligibility, redemption, expiration, forfeiture, and other program requirements.

Both potential winners must be physically present at the announced drawing location at the time the winners are announced.
If both potential winners are not present or do not respond within five (5) minutes of announcement, Sponsor may disqualify those entrants and select alternate winners.
Promotional Tickets and Bonus Drawing Entries
Certain attendee engagement activities during the Event may include the distribution of promotional tickets, drawing tickets, or similar materials ("Promotional Tickets").
Promotional Tickets may provide immediate promotional benefits, including but not limited to:
- Merchandise discounts
- Promotional offers
- Gift cards
- Other attendee benefits
Promotional Tickets that do not provide an immediate promotional benefit may, subject to Sponsor's instructions, be submitted as additional drawing entries for an applicable Sweepstakes.
Promotional Tickets:
- Are not purchases.
- Have no cash value unless specifically identified as a prize.
- Do not guarantee selection as a Sweepstakes winner.
Additional drawing entries obtained through Promotional Tickets are subject to the same eligibility requirements, drawing procedures, and Official Rules applicable to the related Sweepstakes.
Promotional Tickets themselves do not constitute a separate Sweepstakes or drawing and are provided solely as part of Event engagement activities.
Winner Verification and Prize Claim
Potential winners must:
- Verify eligibility.
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Complete any required prize claim documentation.
- Comply with these Official Rules.
Failure to comply may result in disqualification, in which case Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes entry period.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Sweepstakes.
Tax Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, and other taxes associated with receipt of any prize or promotional benefit.
If required by applicable law, Sponsor may issue applicable tax reporting forms and require winners to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other required tax documentation before prize fulfillment.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by participating, entrants agree that DanceOne may announce winners and use winner names, photographs, likenesses, voice, biographical information, and statements in connection with the Sweepstakes and related DanceOne promotional materials without additional compensation.
Privacy
Information collected through participation in the Sweepstakes will be used for:
- Administration of the Sweepstakes
- Winner notification
- Prize fulfillment
- Related Sweepstakes purposes

General Conditions
DanceOne reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate any Sweepstakes.
- Disqualify participants who violate these Official Rules.
- Correct errors.
- Verify entries.
- Interpret these Official Rules in its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, an individual may win only one (1) Sweepstakes prize during the Event.
If a participant is selected in multiple drawings, Sponsor may award only the first prize won and redraw the remaining prize(s).
DanceOne is not responsible for:
- Lost entries
- Late entries
- Incomplete entries
- Damaged entries
- Misdirected entries
Vendor participation and activities may vary.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Sweepstakes, including eligibility, winner selection, and interpretation of these Official Rules, are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Force Majeure
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, Event cancellation, venue issues, weather, public health concerns, governmental action, force majeure events, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes.
In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion:
- Modify the Sweepstakes.
- Conduct the drawing from eligible entries received prior to such event.
- Cancel the affected Sweepstakes without liability.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless DanceOne, its affiliates, sponsors, vendors, partners, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
